OTW Players with Champions League Fixtures

Our beloved Champions League continues today and tomorrow with group play. If you are sitting on some coins and looking to make some investments, a great option is to buy OTW players following their matches; people will sell these cards if they don’t have a good game. Monitor their prices, by the player, and watch them rise as we approach the weekend fixtures.

These cards WILL NOT get TOTW cards based on their Champions League performances; they will get Team of the Group Stage cards at the beginning of December if they play exceptionally in these rounds. So, don’t be a dummy and buy Neymar when he scores 3 goals against Anderlecht tomorrow thinking he will get a TOTW. He won’t.

That being said, there are still people that think that this is the case. If you have a OTW sitting in your club/transfer list, I would monitor his price leading up to their game time. If he has a sudden rise in price, look to sell before the match and buy him back after to make a quick flip. Or, if you have a player that scores, check if people are buying his card. If they are, sell and take advantage of their incompetence.
