Sell Your Discard Informs!
On Sunday, EA released the Sessegnon POTY SBC. As a result, many of our informs we invested in for potential TOTKS SBCs have risen nicely.
Make sure you check what they are going for on your respective console before selling. Congrats on the profits!

Sold 7 of my IF for 25k.
Should set the limit to 25k, or sold now for the price market ou wait to reach 25k?
I have still 25 IF.
Which informs are going for 25K except mitrovic? The other discards are between 12-15K so i wouldnt count on them rising more than that since the sbc dropped already and prices are the highest on the same day and then constantly decreasing.
25k was more of a target price for the TOTKS event. I think 17k+ is a better target sell for this Sessegnon SBC. 50% profit is nothing to scoff at!
Should I sell kamara and wright for 12-13k…?
They haven’t risen much. I’d say sell anything that has risen 17k+. If they haven’t, you could gamble and hold in hopes we do see an TOTKS or related SBC (such as similar POTY) that causes an increase in price.
Had 3 Mitrovic IF’s (25K) in the pool of discards. Rest is going for 2-3K profit atm. Still hope those totgs players rise back to 20K at least so we can cut our losses without losing huge chunks of coins. Doubt they will be hyped for friday tho since no one really believes in totgs dropping now a week before tots and we wont really keep those until mid may after the semis finish.
Also hope the 82’s NIFs bounce back a bit soon, but this is certainly good news.

i got 37 of them, fingers crossed for friday or huge losses.
I think they will increase leading up to Friday – it is your choice to either sell then in the hype a bit before a potential announcement or wait it out in hopes they drop SBCs that require them. Big risk/reward if you do choose to wait.

I sold my vestergaard and paulistas for 17k and paid 11,500 for each so dunno if I should have waited longer or not with them!??

Oh and what are your guys’ thoughts on this Sessegnon card? Was thinking of getting him to use him as a super sub or play him on 6 chem in my first team. Should I do the sbc or will better players for less coins come out during tots?
Don’t think informs will rise more, only if we get TOTKS on friday which is very risky at this point. I’d sell now as chief advised. Regarding Sessegnon, a LB card would’ve been great, but on LW there are so much more and better options available at this point and a bunch more will come out with TOTS imo.
Looked his price and in game stats up. Pretty good for a lozano like card. As a super sub a good shout. Especially if you have discard IFs already.

I would be very surprised if they don’t do TOTKS cards and SBCs. No panic selling with me, in fact the opposite I bought even more ! 15k each, money will surely be made.
I wouldn’t call this panic selling. Nearly all of my inform investments have risen 50%+. I expect them to decrease in value as people complete this Sessegnon SBC. I might buy back Wednesday and Thursday if they drop in price.
I think graham was referring to totgs players as they are down to 15K. Speaking of Informs we should’ve sold them now instead this morning. They all have risen (+20-25% as to this morning) due to more people online st this time of day.
I understand, that makes sense for TOTGS. On Xbox, informs have hovered around the same price as last night (when I posted the article) – that might be different for your respective console.

I expect them to rise 2-3k between now and Friday in the hype. If you sell in the few hours before the potential TOTKS advancement (6 PM UK time), then there is little risk there. If you choose to hold, that is much riskier as they will go to discard if there isn’t an SBC requirement. My recommendation would be to buy for less than 15k and sell before the announcement if you do choose to invest.
I was meaning panic selling their TOTGS cards not the informs. I made good profit from the informs. Jagielkas bought for 20k and sold for 33k ! Im sure the TOTKS will do the same. Keep up the good work.

Hold them until Friday to see if we get a TOTKS SBC. As for base card investments, Debuchy has a good shot at getting in TOTW 31. If he is in the announcement, I’d buy him (make sure you get the 78 rated St. Etienne version).
I’ve got a fleet of IF Tomkins cards. Do you think it would be more profitable to sell now during the Sessegnon SBC or wait for the PL POTS?
Presuming Salah will win the PL POTS, an 81 PL IF might prove valuable for the Salah SBC, particularly if EA repeat the precedent they set with Kante last year by making the POTS SBC the cheapest way to get the highest rated Salah on the game.

Scratch that, being that he’s going for 18k and I bought him for 10750 each, it feels like a bit too decent a profit to turn down.
I’m taking my profit on all of mine. Returns of nearly 100% on some guys are hard to pass up.

I just wanted to say thank you! Following your advice, I have been stockpiling IFs (around 60 of them), and I am making huge profits right now. I hit a million for the first time today! I sold several Belenov for 25k each (plus 1 for 31k), several Wright Phillips for 16k each, and even 1 Chester for 35k… I had bought all of them for 10.5 k – 11.5 k.
