For the bronze pack method, is spending coins on the bonze player packs worth it or stick to the regular 400s?
A bronze pack is 400 coins and has an average return value of 450 coins. A bronze players pack is 1250 coins and has a return value of 1400 coins. Their returns are quite similar, but I’d say the players pack is the better bet because you stock up on cards more quickly.
How low do you think tots Ashley Young will get come early June?
World Cup mode will really sink the market – I’m thinking he could drop below 200k.
Why world cup mode will take the prices down?
There are multiple reasons:
1. Many people will convert over to World Cup mode rather than playing FUT, creating less demand for cards and thus lower prices.
2. TONS of packs will be opened. For every pack opened in World Cup mode, you get an equivalent pack for FUT. This drives up supply and thus lower prices.
3. In FIFA 14 (the last FIFA with World Cup mode), the FUT market died when World Cup mode was released, decreasing by 30-50%. People will anticipate this happening again and sell off their cards, thus driving down the market
I have about 50 Sounders and Timbers players. Checked prices and they seem to be rising. How likely is it that is the marquee match up tomorrow.
They are all selling for around 1000 coins right now. They have a good shot at getting chosen for marquee matchups, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they will go up in price as a result – it all depends on the requirements EA makes.
I would sell at least some to cover what you invested.
Will I be allowed to use players I packed in World Cup mode for my regular FUT mode games?
Nope, but you get the same packs you buy in World Cup Mode for your regular FUT Mode, so not the players in the packs but the packs itself.
No, you will not. I don’t think players will be transferable from FUT to World Cup or vice versa.
300k to invest, any ideas?
In my opinion:
wait until tomorrow evening when TOTS prices drop again and invest in those or stock up 83s from la liga.

haha I’m not chief but i sold mine for 55, would advise to get at least 50 for them and if you can grab them under 40. People will be selling their ROW SBC players on wednesday if they can do the sbc for profit and already have untradables they want to use for upcoming tots sbcs.
We will see what they drop to in the next couple days. If they are a good buy, I’ll be sure to communicate it on here.
Base investments continue to yield the best ROI week in and week out. Wait until tomorrow for my post about who I like to buy some.

What do you think the La Liga TOTS SBC requirements will be? 1 TOTS plus 85 rated squad or something?
Can’t see them going higher than 84 rated when EPL is 83 rated.
Possibly even 84 rated – I imagine all of these TOTS SBCs will remain cheap going forward.
I packed TOTS Son but I’m not playing with a BPL team so I’m selling him. When is the best time ? After he gets out of pack like next week-end or before Ligua TOTS ?
With World Cup mode right around the corner, I don’t see TOTS cards rising much when they go out of packs – especially since so many people will have untradeable versions of the cards.
Do you think there is a possibility that we will need players of an entire league to pack an untradeable again?
That’s a pretty stiff requirement. They might require 4 or 5, but I think 11 is a stretch.
When is the best time to buy up tots cards to invest for other league sbcs
Definitely not at 50k. I would stay away until they drop in price again, but I think there’s a good chance that won’t happen.
I have loads of high rated players 86-89 from the recent pack opening. They are dropping in price. Should i keep them or sell them now? Any chance their prices will go up again?
With World Cup mode on the horizon, it’s doubtful. I’d sell.
what price will tots son go down to?
Packed untradeable tots Walker in the SBC,,, just glad to not get Pope after seeing that England flag! Is he an end-game RB or would he be good at CB? my other CBs are Luiz and Boateng. Don’t know of any CBs I could play though that would then be good at RB after swapping IG
Are you worried he isn’t quality enough? He is definitely an end game RB. I’d stick with what you have going.
I agree. His price hasn’t gone down much. I failed to pack him so far. Got erikesen from the sbc. Would love to have walker in my team.
When is the best time to complete gaurebteed epl tots player sbc?
Like will the prices of tots come down at all or just keep rising?
The next RoW SBC comes out tomorrow. They might take a hit for that. I’d look into buying then.
Do you think we should hold on to the special cards? I invested in all types in anticipation that they will be needed.
As in heroes/TOTGS/MOTM/etc.? There’s a very small chance EA changes their requirements for TOTS SBCs. I think you would be holding them with false hope.
Just packed Otamendi tots from the second tots sbc. Is he any good or should I just put him into the next sbc that releases?
Ideally, you would trade in TOTS cards from the objectives or RoW SBCs that are less valuable. Otamendi has more in-game value then some of those counterparts.

When should I invest in 90 Gullit? tots Milinkovic going to effect legends prices? And any Future seria a, bundisliga, and la liga players to invest in for sbcs? Thank you chief!
1. You should not invest in Gullit. He will continue to drop as more TOTS cards come out and we approach World Cup mode.
2. TOTS and World Cup mode in general will effect icon prices, not a specific player.
3. I’ll be looking for a Bundesliga player to post about and invest in this weekend. He needs to have a shot at making TOTW 35. I foresee someone like that having similar price increases to Mario Gaspar from this week. If you don’t follow completely, that’s OK – just stay tuned over the weekend for when I post about a Bundesliga player to invest in.

Hard to say – I’m not usually one to give price predictions.
Ronaldo just dropped from 900k to 730k. Should I buy him or will he continue to go down?
He will likely continue to go down when La Liga upgrade packs come out next week and World Cup mode approaches.
Do you think that La Liga players will decrease even further in value when that TOTS comes out or have they reach their limit until WC mode?
Thinking if I should wait to buy Messi or not 🙂

1) Do you think we will need TOTS ROW players again in the La Liga TOTS SBC? Is it smart to invest in them? They are like 50k on PS4 and I have a very large budget.
2) Would you advice to invest in BPL TOTS players, will they rise tonight with the rewards and/or will they rise when they go out of packs?
1. Yes I do. I think less than 50k is a decent buy for them.
2. I would not advise to buy BPL TOTS players. I think their prices will continue to go down as we approach World Cup mode on May 29th.

2. I did buy a lot of TOTS Walkers, a TOTS Son and a TOTS Firmino and they all flew up and sold them all for a lot of profit 🙂 Do you have any quick trades or short term investments for a very large budget (multiple millions)?
Not really investments – too risky in my opinion. Just stick to mass bidding on special players. Try to get them on deals for cheap, then flip them quick for profit.
I’ve got a few Arias and they have risen in price to 70k, do you sell now or wait till Thursday for the SBCs to sell then? Also all the cheap TOTS are now 60k minimum, would you still pick them up? If not, what would you do with 5 million coins to make more?
I would not pick up more TOTS cards. Hold your Arias. There’s a good chance they could rise to 80-90k by Tuesday for the second La Liga TOTS SBC.
That’s a contradiction? There is a possibility the ROW TOTS could rise to 80-90k you said, but you wouldn’t pick them up around 60k, if they go to 80-90k I would make massive profit? Risk it for the biscuit? I wanna do something with all my coins like I went all in on BPL TOTS and ROW last week. Now the BPL TOTS card sold with huge profit and I wanna do something similar but with ROW TOTS cards or do you advice me to put all my coins into something else?
We are at an extremely uncertain market point in the game (approaching a World Cup crash) where I wouldn’t trust putting 5 million coins in ANYTHING other than discard investments. That’s why I would advise to play it safe and hold the TOTS cards you have rather than going all in. If you would have bought at 50k like I recommended a couple days ago, it might have been a different story.
By all means, if you want to take the risk, do it. That’s just not the route I would go two and a half weeks out from World Cup mode at these TOTS prices.
As for a safe investment, tomorrow I will post about Bundesliga base card investments. Keep an eye out for that.
I think I explained it wrong. Last week I bought about 50 for max 50k, just like you said. But I also invested the rest of my coins in TOTS BPL players like Firmino, Walker, Son etc and they have risen a lot, I sold them after rewards last night and now I have money to invest or trade with. I will definitely check out the base card investment from the Bundesliga. Thanks for helping me this much btw, not a lot of people are like you 🙂

My biggest thing is I never want to push investments that people can lose coins on. That is why I’m such a proponent of discard investments and things I am 99% confident in. Everything else is at the discretion of the individual investor.
