Tomorrow, EA will release another Rest of World TOTS SBC for players 20-11 (shown above). I expect it to have similar requirements to last week’s SBC (shown below).
As a result, 84 rated players will likely rise in price.
Target BUY: Refer to the FUTBIN links below and make your own decisions. Keep in mind that CMs and CBs from good nations leagues tend to rise the most in price (e.g. Parejo, Cahill, Koscielny).

What price do you predict Parejo will set at? When is the best time to sell?
Between 5 and 6k. When you are happy with the profit.
Will Hradecky rise a bit again? Since he is the cheapest 83 rated.
Wait for the RoW TOTS SBC to come out later today and see what happens with his price. If he isn’t required, then just sell and take the loss.

He did rise up. As I predicted in the other comment, he settled between 5-6k. Monitor his price today and sell when you are happy with the profit.
