Reasoning: The Lazio midfielder is often in cheapest solutions for SBCs due to having a good nation and strong links with other players that are some of the cheapest for their respective ratings (Leiva/Acerbi in particular). He is currently the cheapest he has been since October.
Typically, either La Liga or Serie A players are the target for cheapest SBC solutions. However, many La Liga players will be OOP and rise in price due to being in TOTS, so Serie A will likely be featured for most solutions.
Alberto also would get a TOTS card and go out of packs if Serie A is the next TOTS featured, so that helps his case, too.

Target SELL: Sell when you are happy with the profit and/or see a better investment opportunity. List for lazies in the meantime.

To how much do you think he might rise?
This is a difficult question to answer because prices fluctuate. There might be a 30 minute window where he is in the cheapest solution for some SBC and rises to 5k+. He could make it in TOTS next Friday, and he might continue to rise while out of packs the same way Lucas Leiva did. That is why I just say sell when you are happy with the profit, and to consistently list to take advantage of those moments when he is a higher price.
What profit are you all happy with. IMO I aim for 15% as a bare minimum. Just curious where other people pitch sales.
It depends on how expensive the player is. You want a higher % on cheaper players like Alberto. An exit of 3.5-4k would be decent.

If you only want a 10% profit, then just constantly list for 10% profit – he will sell sooner than you’d expect to lazy buyers.
So for 15-20% I should wait until….?
I wouldn’t necessarily be waiting – constantly be listing him for your desired profit. As I mentioned, you never know when he will squeeze in a cheapest solution and shoot up suddenly.

He is OK – he could pop in cheapest solutions for the La Liga guaranteed SBC on Wednesday.

There are alot of luis albertos for less than 2500 coins and iam unsure if there going to rise whats your view on this?
There is no reason for them to rise until we have SBCs that cause high rateds to go up. Forget about them for a few days and check back Wednesday when the guaranteed TOTS SBCs come out.

He’s in a few cheapest squads for Fati. Not enough demand for that sbc? or are we looking at about where he’ll end up on Wednesday? Feel like a La Liga squad will still be an 86/87 at least, and I’m a little concerned he might go down the same route as last weeks 86s if his rating doesn’t cut it. Definitely helps if Serie A is next week but who knows the order anymore.
There isn’t nearly as much demand for a Fati SBC as a guaranteed La Liga TOTS SBC. What you need to do is look at cheapest solutions for current 87 rated SBCs (Hazard/Ramos/etc). What you’ll see is a few 88s and 89s and a bunch of 84s/85s to fills the gaps. That is likely what will happen with the La Liga SBC on Wednesday. My problem with the Germans was that I didn’t look at 88 rated solutions beforehand – there were very few 86s in the cheapest squads leading up to last week’s PL TOTS guarantee SBC.
If you want more affirmation, I’ve probably seen Luis Alberto in cheapest solutions this year 10x more than any of those Germans.
Regardless, he is 4k at the moment, which is a pretty good turnaround for 24 hours.

If he is in cheapest solutions again, yes, he will go up. I can’t speak for how FUTBIN updates their prices for those, though.
