In addition, if he gets a TOTS card on Friday he will be going out of packs. Each time he has went OOP this year he has risen considerably.

Historically OOP players gradually rise while out of packs. 84s like Luis Alberto do well on Wednesdays when guaranteed TOTS SBCs are released, so maybe sell next Wednesday, May 27th.
Alberto has already risen to 8.2k now. How much more do you expect him to rise??
He only has a max PR of 10k, so you won’t be able to get him for any more than that. I’d expect him to go extinct next week, but there are other places you can invest now that will likely have a better ROI than him moving from 8.2k-10k.
