I’d sell on Thursday as people build their WL squads.
Cavani? 2 goals and assist in a 3-2 win. He doesn’t have a gold card but they’ve put informs in before without it having a gold card

I know, I’m asking for the situation where EA gave an inform to a player that doesn’t have a gold card. I don’t recall that ever happening.
for example Wagner Fifa 19 he got an inform before his gold card transfer, I guess the difference is he did have a card but for a different club
Should we buy the basic cards of griezmann and others and sell them after totw is announced?
They usually increase a bit after. Some cards do better than others. I wouldn’t expect much from Griezmann, to be honest. Romagnoli is probably the most intriguing one on this list.
