I would sell sometime today before Ligue 1 informs return to packs tomorrow at 6pm.
When do you expect the market crash to be on its highest ( best time to boy players for the lowest Price )
TOTY attacker pack openings is usually the best time to buy. My guess is we will see them next Monday, January 18th.

Yes, the market crash would impact icons, too. Usually buying a team during TOTY attacker pack openings is the best time. I’d expect to see that on Monday, January 18th.

Historically, are there any cards that have done well during TOTY market crash? I’m spesifically thinking about the more expensive icons (1 mill plus) or other in denand cards.
Buying the TOTW that is in packs during TOTY is usually a very profitable move. Check out TOTW 16 from last year.
Ok, thanks for the tip. But all cards of some value should be offloaded? I was wondering if there were some exeptions to the rule of getting rid of cards and getting liquid before TOTY
Well, there are a lot of opportunities for good investments during TOTY pack openings, so it is better to budget your coins in investments rather than having them sit in players in your squad. Always need to consider opportunity cost.

Being liquid for TOTY to invest during pack openings is actually better. I’ll have some looks when that time comes. Until then, TOTW 15 fodder is still the safest look.

Yes – need to wait and see who is in the TOTW and if EA announce when TOTY is going to begin.

Not always. I would just diversify among a bunch of different ones. Typically cheaper players offer the best ROI, actually.
Ideally if i wanted FRESH TOTY cards, thursday night after rewards is the best time to buy TOTY cards right? attackers and midfielder and defneders?
They will likely be cheaper the following Sunday/Monday. I’d wait to buy until then.
When to sell the ligue 1 IF’s?
I would sell today before Ligue 1 informs go back into packs tomorrow.
hi CHief, what do you tink that will be a good investment for TOTY? I was thinking about golden rare CB’s from BL and PL but i’m not too sure… Cheers!
Gold rares CBs are usually good for the upgrade SBCs, yes. Just a bit tedious investing in them if you have a bigger budget.

Is IF Soucek a good investment at 20k on PlayStation? Or should I stick to the ones you posted some days ago, though their prices have not dipped as expected.
Soucek is pretty good, but I still like Mee better – you can probably stretch his buy price by 1-2k.

Hello Chief! I bought Belhanda and En-Nesyri cards for 750-800 coins cuz maybe they’ll get a TOTW card. So when should I sell them and Is this a good investment or no ?
Gold cards like them have inconsistent rises when it comes to going OOP. I would probably just sell immediately following the announcement to rash investors if they make it.

I’d hold a bit longer. Still not out of packs, no PL inform supply coming in TOTW 16, and the new Showdown SBCs only help his case.

Hello Chief.. I followed your izzo inform bought 40 of him and made about 100k.. but oop zielnski went wrong good i bought only 10😀😀
my question is I started trading with icons on fluctuations for first time.. it worked sunday managed to win 30k from 3 icons, but after that monday and tuesday when i buy on fluctuations i only manage to get back my money + tax without profit.. is something wrong with the market due to toty crash.. or am i doing something wrong
Certain days of the week are easier to flip icons than others. Buying on Wednesday and selling on Thursday is usually good as the Icon market typically rises after WL rewards. Monday and Tuesday can be pretty slow.
Hi chief, i have David alaba rttf tradeable ,he fits in my team but i dont like him. I was wondering when to sell him for the most profit but i dont want to wait very long because he isnt that good. When to sell?
I would sell by Friday. I think he will dip after the weekend as we approach TOTY.

You just need to hope for a good SBC that moves the 86 market at this point. He probably won’t move much otherwise. To be honest, I’d rather have my coins in Mee at this point.
IF Mee is 14k on Xbox what should I try and get him for?
I would stretch it to 13.5k, but probably not much past that.

You don’t have to sell ASAP, but I would definitely sell by Friday. I think the market will start to go down after that.

Not a ton of looks at the moment, but I still like Inform Mee considering the upcoming PL POTM, the lack of PL informs in TOTW 16, and the recent Showdown SBCs. You can stretch his buy price to 13.5k.
How much should be aim to sell fir next week?
A profit of 2-3k would be solid considering Izzo’s rise in the past week.

I’m not too interested in investing in usable players with TOTY on the horizon. I’d much prefer investing in inform fodder.
What is fodder?
There are 2 reasons a card might have value – they could be usable in-game, or they could be usable for SBCs. We call players that are usable for SBCs ‘fodder’.
