Investment: PL Informs

TOTW 29 came out today. There are no discard PL informs in it, and often when there is a cut of TOTW supply from a major league it results in the cheapest informs from that league rising.

In addition, EA released the Prime Icon SBC today. It requires 3 informs, is affordable, and is repeatable. I expect many people to complete it over the next 8 days while it is available.
