Hi Chief! will these be affected by the market crash?
There were OOP golds that did well during Community TOTS last year. I expect the same with these guys, especially if we get guaranteed TOTS SBCs before they return to packs.

As fast as possible.
Probably not. If you can get them on the weekends before the TOTW predictions are released that is often the best time to get them. No guarantees they make it in the TOTW, though. Otherwise, you can wait for TOTW confirmation on Wednesday and buy a few hours after. Often you can get a better price then as rash buyers subside (just like last night).
