Investment: FUT Bday Mendes
The Ligue 1 TOTS comes out next Friday. It should be chocked full of PSG players, and I expect links to them to rise. The Liga NOS TOTS comes out on Sunday, too, and usable Portuguese players could go up for that as well.
In the past few weeks the most elite fullback links have seen the biggest rise (most recently Marcelo & Dani Alves), and Nuno Mendes is one of the best options at LB in Ligue 1.

There is a chance that Mendes makes the Ligue 1 TOTS. In that event, he would drop. If not, he will go up. We will see what leaks tell us this week.
