The Quick Sell Recovery Strat
While trading yesterday I had a eureka. It can be a bit difficult to wrap one’s head around, so let me try to illustrate with some examples.
I have 100k. I buy 5 IF Saliba for 20k each. I hold them for 1 week. They double in price. I sell them for 40k each. I now have 200k.
I have 100k. I buy 5 IF Saliba for 20k each. I quick sell them for 10k each. I have 50k. I buy an IF Valverde. I hold him for 1 week. He doubles in price. I sell him for 100k. I quick sell recover my 5 IF Saliba for 50k. I sell them for 40k each. I now have 250k.
We can take this same strategy and apply to Icons, as well.
I have 400k. I buy 5 Larssons for 80k each. I hold him for a week. He doubles in price. I sell him. I have 800k.
I have 400k. I buy 5 Larssons for 80k each. I quick sell them for 65k each. I have 350k. I buy 7 IF Valverde. I hold him for a week. He doubles in price. I have 700k. I quick sell recover my Larsson for 350k. They doubled in price. I have 1.150m.
There are a few things to note when it comes to this Quick Sell Recover Strat:
- You can only quick sell recover 5 players every 30 days.
- You must recover the quick sold player within 7 days.
- The “profit” you gain is equal to the quick sell amount you receive.
- You can use the coins from quick selling the first card to help buy the second card, and so on.
Currently, I have one quick sold Bergkamp (bought for 83k) and quick sold him for 65k. I then traded to buying a Riquelme (bought for 85k) and quick hold him again for 65. I plan on doing this 3 more times.
The trick is, I will need to gather 325k total (65k times 5 players) to recover these Icons before next week. However, I could recover my Bergkamp for 65k, sell him for 200k (early average from FIFA 22), it puts me on the path to recovering all of them much more easily.
