If he gets an IF yes, get a few snipes in. But you can never be sure, if he doesn’t get an IF you’d be selling for the same price or less.
He might go up a bit, but I wouldn’t expect any crazy returns from him.

The market goes down with time. The longer you wait, the cheaper they will be. It just comes down to personal preference.

The question is when EA are going to put his Porto card into packs. All of the supply from OTW pack openings isn’t helping him right now.
Would you hold on to him? Or even buy now. He’s bound to be OOP at some point
It’s hard to say. Right now, I removed him from my Top Buys as we don’t know when EA will release his new card. I’d be more confident in my other investment recommendations at the moment.

He is a decent hold for the Witsel SBC, but I think the other options have better ROI potential.

His regular card? Sell upcoming WL at peak, he’ll go up forsure.
He will likely gradually rise with time since he is OOP for the remainder of the game. Sell when you are happy with the profit and/or see a better investing opportunity. You can list for lazies in the meantime, too.

Sometimes OOP players rise, but not always. Chilwell didn’t go up last week while Halstenberg did. I wouldn’t say anyone that could be in TOTW 3 really stands out to me at the moment.
