24 for 24: TOTW 1
24 for 24 is a series of 24 investing/trading highlights from FIFA 23, 1 posted each day over the course of September leading up to the FIFA 24 Ultimate Edition release on September 22nd. Reviewing these will help aspiring FIFA traders learn about the ins and outs of the FUT market and remind veterans of what they already know. Below is a list of the investments we have looked at already.
Just as OTW Golds are excellent targets for investing in the beginning stages of the game, so too are TOTW 1 cards. Supply of these cards are extremely low due to lack of players and consequently packs being opened early on. And just other investments in the first week, the sooner you get your hands on these, the better (see Saliba, Valverde, Son, Immobile, and KDB from FIFA 23).
It is worth noting that the top performers from these are high rated players that are in the meta. In years past buying inform fodder from early TOTWs was the move, but not so much anymore. Get your hands on players that people want to use in their squads as opposed to SBC fodder – that is where the money is. Even expensive players like KDB did a 5x from 100k to 500k in the first couple weeks of the game.
