Reasoning for Investment: When a new promo features multiple players from the same club, links to players from that club tend to rise sharply. 2IF Mahrez was a good example of this for the PL TOTS, and Headliners Goretzka was a great one for us during TOTY. Not only was he Gullit-gang, but he linked with 4 other Bayern TOTY players (Davies, Neuer, Kimmich, Lewandowski).

Goretzka was also aided by the fact that Bayern was on a win streak over the TOTY campaign, and he increased substantially for that reason as well. After seeing the stats of Goretzka’s FIFA 22 card, I’d be scared to see what a Headliners or TOTY card of his might look like in January…
